WOW!!! Unbelievable! Thank you so much Charming South for nominating me. I’m WOWed! It’s not too often that I actually think of my blog as inspiring or inspirational, although I would very much like for it to be. So I feel so blessed to have won the award.

7 Things about Myself:
- I’m a grandmother (he just turned 8 mths old on the 15th) (check out MiMi’s page.)
- I’m a newlywed (Mr. Rockstar and I got married just a little over 6 mths ago, September 8, 2012. I was 45 years old and had been divorced for almost 19 years when I got married to the love of my life, and he was 34. How’s that for the wait being worthwhile? )
- I am the proud owner of a 2000 Pontiac Firebird convertible (check out that post) that Mr. Rockstar got me as a late wedding present. (I’ve always wanted a car that was spicy, sexy, sleek, and fun! Something that fit my personality
and he made it it happen.) - If I could afford it I’d be a lifetime student, as is I am definitely a lifetime learner.
- My dream right now is to go to photography school and as soon as we can afford it I will be enrolled.
- I hung clothes out on the line today (after Mr. Rockstar put up the clothes line poles) and I enjoyed it. It brought back memories of my youth (my mom hung clothes out and I helped her) and it made me feel like our house is more of our home.
- I am a nerd: I read all the time. I write all the time. I’d rather read or write than watch tv. And my hobbies are also sort of nerdy (photography, scrapbooking, Smashbooking or art journaling).
