Day 10 – Your guilty pleasure (or pleasures!)
I supposed I should just make a list, lol! I’d have to say my biggest guilty pleasure is cigarettes, especially with a cup of coffee (not sure of which is my bigger vice–coffee or cigarettes). I am close to quitting, to the point where I have an electronic one that smoke quite often but nearly often enough, so I still actually smoke regular or real cigarettes way too much. I enjoy smoking, I just don’t like the stuff that comes with it, such as the health factor, and the smell…but it’s definitely a guilty pleasure. Sometimes though, especially on a really bad day, I don’t feel all that guilty.
Another guilty pleasure would have to be chocolate. I love chocolate. I used to have a sweatshirt that said, “Give me chocolate and nobody gets hurt.”
I also love coffee. I drink coffee more than one time a day usually, not just in the morning, but also pretty much on and off all day, and then sometimes in the evening. And oh, give me a Venti White Chocolate Mocha from Starbucks and I am in heaven.
Part of the problem with guilty pleasures is that sometimes the guilt is part of what makes it enjoyable…I did not feel the slightest bit guilty about having some me time, nor did I feel guilty about having the wine, but I did feel a bit guilty about enjoying that dark chocolate with my wine. It was definitely pleasurable. 🙂
And let me not forget the shoes & boots, scarves, hats, gloves, purses…LOL!
Told you I’d need a list 🙂
