My Bucket List

Cover of "The Bucket List"

Cover of The Bucket List

I’ve decided to  create a Bucket List (instead of just having the items bouncing around in my head)…I’ll add to or cross out as things progress…

  1. Visit all 50 states (I have only visited the east coast…All the way up to New York and all the down to Florida, and across to Texas and to Indiana…and all of those in between).
  2. Visit Niagra Falls
  3. Visit the Grand Canyon
  4. Visit Vegas and play a slot machine
  5. Go to Scotland
  6. Go to Ireland
  7. Go snow skiing
  8. Go white water river rafting
  9. Write a novel and finish it
  10. Take Photography classes (Starting in May)
  11. Open my own photography studio/business
  12. Finish my family tree
  13. Take David on a carriage ride in Charleston
  14. Get a MacBook Pro (actually I should say switch to Mac, which means get a Mac Ipad, iMac, and a MacBook Pro)
  15. Learn how to use Lightroom and Photoshop
  16. Go sky diving
  17. Take Zumba
  18. Lose 30 lbs (lost 7 lbs)
  19. Have sex in the rain
  20. Take the family to Disneyland and Sea World
  21. Plant a garden
  22. Build a bookcase (by myself and not the kind that’s already put together)
  23. Take a real vacation (not just a weekend)
  24. Paint every room in the house a different color
  25. Eat well, as someone suggested, and eat healthier
  26. Get paid to blog/write
  27. Get paid for photography
  28. Finish the books on my reading list, and add to my reading list (3 down, and like 20 to go)
  29. Blog every day
  30. Take more pictures of the grandbaby
  31. Take David on a cruise
  32. Win a blogger award
  33. Stay in the Round Holiday in, Charleston, SC (we did that on our honeymoon).

    I like the following:

#09 Write a novel and finish it — I’m already “writing” one, but need to “finish It.”
#12 Finish my family tree — I’ve worked on mine since 1998 or before.
    #18 Lose 30 lbs. — I need to lose about 80.

Also, what is the name of your design (template)? I want to use it or one a lot like it.

I’ve been working on my family tree for a while now. I’m writing a novel, have started quite a few but never seem to finish. And as to the weight, I’ve lost about 5 lbs in the past month, so I’m doing good so far. 😀

Her theme is Choco by .css {mayo}. When you scroll to the bottom, you can see the name of the template.

Thanks. I guess I missed that or meant to get back to it and didn’t. I love this theme and once I can afford to customize it I’m going to. 😀

#12…I have traced family history back to 1840. The difficult part is adding to the tree. A lot of babies popping into the family. I enjoy your blogs. Thank you for visiting mine, and the like on 2:00am text.

You’re welcome. I have traced back to the middle of the 1800’s but haven’t been able to find out where in Scotland my Great (x5) came from. I’ll eventually find it, but for now I’ve begun research my mom’s side.
